Revival Home Co. began around our own kitchen table. Like a lot of families, we started by slowly swapping out the things we used every day, from skincare to cleaning sprays to the little remedies we kept on hand, for options made with ingredients we understood and trusted.
Our grandma always kept a shelf of old-fashioned home remedies. They seemed a little unusual to us at first, but they were a constant in our family, and we have carried that habit with us ever since.
We kept hearing the same thing from the people around us: long ingredient lists they could not pronounce, and products that did not sit right with their families. We also noticed that good quality should not be hard to find, yet it often is.
So we kept coming back to the simple, time-tested ways people used to care for their homes. Tallow, herbs and slow processes made sense to us, and we found they fit into modern life better than we expected.
